OECD NCP Network
Each government adhering to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises has an obligation to establish a national contact point for responsible business conduct (NCP for RBC). The NCPs play a crucial role as they make the OECD Guidelines the only international standard for responsible business conduct with a dedicated implementation mechanism.
Currently, there are 51 NCPs, including the LuxNCP, which collectively form the OECD NCPNetwork. This network facilitates collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of best practices among NCPs, enhancing their capacity to promote responsible business practices globally.

LuxNCP is also an active member of the BeNeLux + France Regional NCP Network. The establishment of regional NCP networks, as recommended in the third Action Plan to Strengthen National Contact Points for Responsible Business Conduct, is considered a good practice. These regional networks provide a more agile platform for peer learning and capacity building among NCPs operating within the same geographical region.
